How do I use the sponge?

How long do I leave it in? 

However long it takes to clean up! Leaving the sponge in the vaginal canal for a prolonged period of time does not increase effectiveness.  Find the complete set of instructions here

What do I do after I insert the sponge?

In order to use the product, gently swirl and twist sponge while inserted in the vaginal canal.  Find the complete set of instructions here

What is the sponge made out of? 

The sponge is made from sterile, medical grade polyurethane and polypropylene handle. There are no additives. This is the same material as some condoms, and the contraceptive sponge. 

Does it prevent pregnancy, STDs/STIs?

come&gone is not a form of birth control, STD/STI protection, or menstruation product. 

The vagina is self cleaning!!! 

Correct. Come&gone is a convenience item and only to be used if there are excess fluids present. The purpose is to prevent the mess and dripping in a quick and efficient manner. 

Will you have a biodegradable version?

Safety and hygiene is our highest priority right now, but we are currently working on a biodegradable/non-plastic version.

Is the packaging discreet? 

Yes! We ship in a plain white box.

When will this be available in other countries?

We currently ship to USA, Canada, EU, and AUS. We are working to expedite availability in other countries and will hopefully be ready to ship before the holidays!

How can I track my order? 

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, you can request your tracking information by emailing us at hi@getcomeandgone.com.

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is a flat $2 on every US order. For international orders, it is the calculated rate. 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box address, we will email you to let you know that we cannot ship your order, and request a different address. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we will cancel your order.

My order arrived damaged, was returned to you, or arrived and is wrong! What should I do?

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Sometimes, our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your order, just email hi@getcomeandgone.com and we'll make sure you get your product.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship to USA, Canada, EU, and AUS. We are working to expedite availability in other countries and will hopefully be ready to ship before the holidays!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google Pay. For international credit cards, simply add the international billing address you'd like to use to your profile and a US address for shipping.
